From start to finish, you will be in contact with Terry and Tracy…. Terry has been installing stoves since 2002 and is the person who will conduct the survey of your home as well as doing the installation. Tracy handles the paperwork side of the business and is always available at the end of the phone to chat through your needs and answer any queries you may have.
HSI offer impartial advice and estimates. Our install prices are competitive but don’t compromise on quality of workmanship. They can supply most stoves at competitive prices but are also happy to discuss the fitting of your own stove. In addition to this, they can also supply most types of hearth choices e.g. glass, granite, slate and other materials, as well as made to measure and shaped hearths.
Terry and Tracy live in Old Alresford and cover all local areas e.g. Alresford, Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Basingstoke, Farnham, Petersfield, Alton and all villages surrounding these areas. HSI actually operate in a 25 mile radius of Alresford, and whilst they are always quick to help local customers, they are also happy to take enquiries outside of this area and consider each one on an individual basis.
HSI pride themselves in offering a prompt and efficient service. During the survey, Terry will take time to check the physical aspects of the installation as well as chat through your requirements for heat output and style to ensure that you are getting the most suitable stove for your needs. No chimney is no problem! Terry will be able to advise you whether there is any additional building work needed and whether any scaffolding or cherry picker is needed during the installation.- HETAS approved company
